01 General Terms

Welcome to Poko App. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Poko App ("we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of poko-app.org. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Poko App platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

Poko App is an online gaming platform designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. Our platform offers card games, slots, and arcade-style games, all playable in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) with deposits and withdrawals processed via bKash and Nagad. These Terms apply to all use of the platform, including via the Poko App mobile application and the poko-app.org website.

02 Eligibility

To open and use a Poko App account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Poko App does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming platforms in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with Poko App or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. All accounts must be registered and used by the account holder personally.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Poko App reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete. This is a standard process and is not a reflection on any individual player — it's how we keep the platform safe for everyone.

03 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Poko App account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any balances or pending bonuses will be forfeited without appeal.

Registration

When registering your Poko App account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Poko App login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Poko App staff will never ask for your password — if anyone claiming to be from Poko App asks for your password, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to our support team immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password for your Poko App account.
• Do not access your account from shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.
• Enable any available two-factor authentication options on your account.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately via live chat or email.

Poko App cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their login credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and responsible gaming, Poko App may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any point. This typically involves submitting a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of your registered payment method. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification. We aim to process all verification submissions within 48 hours.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Poko App are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support deposits and withdrawals via bKash and Nagad — the two most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. We do not charge any transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 200.
• Deposits are credited to your Poko App account instantly in most cases.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
• Poko App does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The bKash or Nagad number used to deposit must be registered in your name.
• Deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days.
• Withdrawals are sent to the same bKash or Nagad number used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account has not completed KYC verification or if there is an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements.
• Poko App reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above BDT 50,000.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Poko App offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly displayed at the time of the offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from your account along with any winnings derived from them.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Real money funds are used first in all wagering activity unless otherwise specified.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless Poko App explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Poko App reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

Bonus Abuse

Poko App takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their account suspended, all bonuses forfeited, and any winnings derived from abusive play voided.

Loyalty Program

Poko App operates a loyalty program that rewards players with points for every real-money bet placed on the platform. Points accumulate toward VIP tier upgrades that unlock cashback bonuses, faster withdrawals, and exclusive promotions. 06 Gameplay and Fair Play

Poko App is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. Every game available on the platform uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure that all outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are accurate and based on audited data. These figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Game results are final once confirmed by the platform. Poko App will not reverse game outcomes except in cases of verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game session, the round will be voided and any stake returned to the player's account. Winnings from a faulted round will not be paid.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Poko App. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may result in legal action where applicable.

• Registering more than one account on Poko App, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software, games, or security systems.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's software for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Poko App staff or other players through any communication channel.

08 Privacy and Data

10 Account Termination

Either you or Poko App may close your account at any time. The process and consequences differ depending on who initiates the closure.

Closure by the Player

If you wish to close your Poko App account, contact our support team via live chat or email. Before closure, any real-money balance in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered bKash or Nagad account. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Closure by Poko App

Poko App reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if we determine that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, balances may be forfeited. In cases where closure is not related to misconduct, any real-money balance will be returned to the player.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Poko App's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

• Poko App is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Poko App is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or other technical problems outside our control.
• Poko App is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Poko App does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms limits Poko App's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Changes to These Terms

Poko App reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email and display a notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect 7 days after notification, or immediately in cases where changes are required by law or to address urgent security concerns.

Your continued use of Poko App after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
